- Upload your recording. Any common audio or video file, up to 2 GB and 6 hours. We read its length and show your exact price before you pay.
- Choose your turnaround and list any names, terms or acronyms we should get right. Your reviewer checks every one against the audio.
- Pay securely with Stripe. We’ll email you when your transcript is ready to download as Word, PDF, plain text, SRT or VTT.
Every transcript is checked by a real person before arrival. We strive for 100% accuracy, but if a correction is needed, let us know within 7 days and we will adjust it at no additional cost. You will need a free account so you can download your files later. Questions first? Contact us.
