TranscriptScribe makes transcripts you can rely on without checking them yourself. Software writes the first draft, and a person makes sure it is right.
Why we started
Speech recognition is fast and cheap, and for a rough record it is often good enough. But it makes mistakes that read smoothly: a name turned into a common word, “can’t” heard as “can”, two speakers merged into one. Nothing on the page tells you where they are, so the only way to trust an AI transcript is to listen to the whole recording again.
Traditional transcription services avoid that problem but are slow and expensive. We built TranscriptScribe for the space in between: the speed of software, with a careful human check on every file, at a price per minute that is shown before you pay.
How we work
- Every file is checked by a person. A reviewer listens along with the draft, focusing on the words the software was unsure of.
- Your terms come first. The names, jargon and acronyms you list are checked one by one against the audio.
- Speakers have names. We replace “Speaker A” and “Speaker B” with the names or roles you give us.
- Corrections are free. If something is wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it at no charge.
Who we work with
Researchers transcribing interviews and focus groups, legal and compliance teams working with recorded interviews and calls, podcasters and video producers who need captions, and businesses that keep a record of meetings. What they have in common is that a wrong word costs them something.
Your recordings stay private
Files are kept in private storage and are only seen by the reviewer working on your order. We never sell your data or use your recordings for advertising. Our privacy policy lists every provider that handles your files.
