Speech recognition produces a first draft, then a human reviewer listens along, corrects errors, names every speaker and checks the customer's list of names and terms before the transcript is delivered.

- Pricing (per audio minute, by turnaround): 5 days $1.25, 2 days $1.75, 24 hours $2.50. Partial minutes round up. Minimum order $10.00. The exact price is shown before payment; card payments are processed by Stripe.
- Files: any common audio or video format (for example MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4 or MOV), up to 2 GB and 6 hours per file.
- Deliverables: Word and PDF with speaker names and timestamps, plain text, and SRT and VTT caption files.
- Corrections: errors reported within 7 days of delivery are corrected at no charge.
